President Biden refuses to walk back Vladimir Putin remarks

President Biden was asked Monday about previous remarks about Russian President Vladimir Putin that he made in Poland. Reporters asked President Biden if him stating "Putin cannot remain in power," has further complicated diplomacy to which he responded "no." He also said Putin "is going to do what he thinks he should do, period. He's not affected by anybody else, including, unfortunately apparently his own advisors. This is a guy who goes to the beat of his own drummer." President Joe Biden also insisted he's not calling for regime change in Moscow, which would have represented a dramatic shift toward direct confrontation with another nuclear-armed country.
