Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson faced questions for a second day from the Senate Judiciary Committee weighing her candidacy for the high court. Republican Sen. John Cornyn asked Brown Jackson about comments she made in a prior legal brief that he claimed referred to President George W. Bush and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld as "war criminals."
