NOAA spring outlook: Drought conditions likely to worsen for NorCal in the coming months

This morning, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released its annual spring season outlook for the United States. The outlook provides some broad ideas for how the spring months of April, May and June may play out with respect to drought, temperature and precipitation. Given the record dry start to 2022, it isn't a surprise that this year's outlook shows long-term drought conditions continuing and likely worsening for Northern California.
