During Supreme Court oral arguments regarding the OSHA vaccine-or-test mandate, Justice Sotomayor inaccurately stated that 100,000 children are currently "in serious condition" from Covid-19 and that "many are on ventilators." The recent case surge has resulted in an increase in the child hospitalization rate, with double the amount of children being admitted to the hospital with Covid-19 as opposed to just two week ago.
