Desmond Tutu’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission heard testimony from apartheid’s worst criminals in exchange for a chance at amnesty. In 1997, Bob Simon reported on the commission. Tutu was laid to rest today in South Africa. "60 Minutes" is the most successful television broadcast in history.
