Sep.15 -- Jasper Kim, director of the Center for Conflict Management at Ewha University in Seoul, discusses the tensions on the Korean Peninsula. North Korea fired off two ballistic missiles Wednesday, its second major test in less than a week of weapons designed to bolster its nuclear capability. They flew for about 800 kilometers (500 miles), South Korea said. That range indicates it was a short-range ballistic missile that could hit all of South Korea and some parts of Japan. The launch came on the same day South Korea's military tested a submarine-launched ballistic missile. Kim speaks on "Bloomberg Daybreak: Asia."
