President Joe Biden delivers his first remarks since the U.S. completed its withdrawal from Afghanistan, drawing to a close the 20-year war that outlasted three presidents before him. The final C-17 military cargo plane took off Monday from Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, where more than 120,000 U.S. citizens, Afghan allies and others had been evacuated over the past month.
