Jul.19 -- U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson plans to get the economy back to normal and that plan is in disarray with covid cases rising the most in the world and a public outcry over the prime minister’s perceived attempt to dodge isolation rules after his health minister tested positive for the virus.
