What everyone already suspected has now also been proven: the coronavirus pandemic is changing people's housing preferences, and therefore also the future housing market. TU Delft student Marjolein Bons' graduation project demonstrates this: the housing preferences of 17.8 percent of the home seekers surveyed were changed by the coronavirus pandemic. Working from home increases the need for peace and quiet, green, space and privacy.
