President Joe Biden says the FBI is investigating the attempted cyber hacking of the Republican National Committee and adds he should know more by Thursday. Biden made the comments as he returned to the White House from Illinois, where he pitched his proposals for "human infrastructure," like child care and expanded education. "The FBI is working with the RNC to determine the facts," Biden told reporters, adding when "we find out the facts, I'll know what I am going to do." The RNC said Tuesday that one of its contractors had been breached, though it did not say by whom. The RNC said no data was accessed. Biden was also asked if he is worried about Kabul falling to the Taliban, as U.S. troops are withdrawing from the country. Biden said he would have more to say on that Thursday.
