The Today co-host says he believes many people that oppose critical race theory don’t really understand the concept behind it. “With regard to critical race theory, I still maintain that a lot of people that are opposed to it don’t really understand the concept at all either. I think that’s more problematic than being opposed to it. And I think it’s also worth noting that particular movement in this country, if you want to call it that, it’s not a grassroots movement… We had some reporting earlier this week, this is a movement that’s being funded by large groups.”
