Continuing his first foreign trip as commander-in-chief, President Biden met with NATO allies and underscored America’s commitment to the alliance. Wednesday, Mr. Biden will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva to discuss issues including Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and cyberattacks on U.S. companies.
