During a press conference on increasing high-speed internet access to tribal lands with Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland, Vice President Kamala Harris helped announce a billion dollars in grants to expand broadband to unserved and underserved tribal lands.
