Vegan Shrimp Tacos: Ingredients: ● 3ea Sophie's Kitchen Vegan Shrimp ● 1 Blue Corn Tortilla ● 1/2oz White Cabbage ● 1tsp brunoise pineapple ● 1tsp brunoise Papaya ● 1/2tsp brunoise Jalapeno ● 1oz Avocado Mousse Cilantro leaves to garnish Step 1: Chop up your tomato, cabbage, papaya, and jalapeno.
