Four North Carolina deputies suspended over the fatal shooting of Andrew Brown Jr. while trying to serve him with a search warrant have returned to duty after investigators found they never fired their guns, but three others who did will remain on leave, authorities said. 2. New York City aims to 'fully reopen' on July 1 after more than a year of closures and capacity restrictions, Mayor Bill de Blasio said. 3. Rudy Giuliani denied he ever represented a Ukrainian national, a day after federal agents searched his Manhattan apartment and office as part of a probe into his business dealings in Ukraine. Donald Trump criticized the federal investigation into his former lawyer. A Trump spokesman said in February that Giuliani was not representing Trump in any current legal matters.  4. 45 people were crushed to death overnight on Friday at an overcrowded religious festival in Israel, with some asphyxiated or trampled victims going unnoticed until the PA system sounded an appeal to disperse. The crowds were gathered on Mount Meron. An investigation is underway. 5.
