LIVE: U.S. health officials hold briefing on Johnson & Johnson vaccine— 4/13/21
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration hold a joint media briefing to discuss six reported cases of a rare blood clot in people who received the Covid-19 vaccine from Johnson & Johnson. Peter Marks, the director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, and Anne Schuchat, CDC principal deputy director, will lead the call.
