The Biden administration wants to hike the corporate tax rate to 28%. Analysts say 25% is more likely. Those three percentage points will matter a lot to revenue, jobs and the economy. A study by the Tax Foundation found that a 25% corporate tax rate would reduce GDP by 0.4% while Biden's rate would reduce it by 0.8%. Mick Mulvaney, former Trump chief of staff, and Rep.
