The judge refused the defense team's bid to delay the ex-policeman's trial in the death of George Floyd or move it out of Minneapolis. The judge, however, rules he will allow the jury to hear limited evidence about a prior arrest in 2019 when Floyd swallowed opioid pills after police confronted him.
