Mar.17 -- President Joe Biden said in an interview with ABC News on Wednesday that Russia would pay for alleged interference in U.S. elections. His comments, recorded Tuesday, came the same day as an intelligence community report on operations ordered by Putin to hurt Biden’s candidacy.
