New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo has declared the holiday surge of COVID-19 to be over in the state. The Governor said virus cases in all regions of the state are on the decline. Despite declaring the holiday surge over, Cuomo said he still didn't have an answer on when New York City restaurants will reopen for indoor dining. Cuomo said he hoped to have an answer on restaurants by the end of the week.
