President-elect Joe Biden is criticizing the speed of the vaccine rollout in the U.S., while President Donald Trump says 20 million Americans would have the shot by the end of the year. Only 2 million have had it so far. A new study in China suggests the number of cases in Wuhan may have been higher than officially reported.
