President-elect Joe Biden introduced key members of his health team, who will play crucial roles as the nation confronts a spike in coronavirus infections and prepares for distribution of a COVID-19 vaccine. Mr. Biden nominated California Attorney General Xavier Becerra to helm the Department of Health and Human Services.
