Dec.04 -- The Mayor of Los Angeles issued a stark warning on Wednesday warning residents to stay home to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. "It's time to hunker down, it's time to cancel everything and if it isn't essential, don't do it. Don't meet up with others outside your household," Mayor Eric Garcetti said.
