We take an oath to the Constitution." At the opening of the National Museum of the United States Army, Gen. Mark Milley, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made clear that the military's oath is not for a man but for the Constitution, a possible to message to President Trump who recently fired Secretary of Defense Mark Esper and refuses to concede the 2020 election.
