Joe Biden is projected to receive enough electoral college votes to win the presidency, replacing incumbent Republican President Donald J. Trump to become the 46th President of the United States. The results came down to Pennsylvania and that state being called on Saturday morning. Phillip M. Bailey talks with J.D.
