There are four seats in the Senate without declared winners yet in this year’s election, with two expected to go to Republicans and the other two are expected to go into runoffs in Georgia. If Democrats win those two seats in the runoffs, the upper chamber will be split 50/50, and Kamala Harris would be the tiebreaker if she and Joe Biden win the presidential election.
