During a press conference with Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf late Wednesday morning, State Secretary Kathy Boockvar says counties are approaching 50% of mail-in ballots tallied with "millions of ballots left to be counted." There are 10 times the number of mail ballots this year as in 2016, Boockvar said. "We are going to count every single ballot."
