President Trump said we can expect to have enough Covid-19 vaccines for every American available by April. Scott Gottlieb, former FDA commissioner says it's a little bit too optimistic to say there will be vaccines available in the first quarter of 2021. He says it's more likely there will be vaccines towards the end of the second quarter next year. He joins 'Closing Bell' to talk about the vaccine timeline.
