California Firefighter Dies Battling El Dorado Fire Sparked by Gender Reveal Party
A firefighter battling the El Dorado Fire in California died on September 17, officials reported
The fire burning in the San Bernadino National Forest reportedly was sparked on September 5 by a smoke-generating pyrotechnic device employed in a gender reveal party.
As of September 18, the fire had burned 21,678 acres, according to officials.
This footage was recorded overnight on the evening of September 17 by local law enforcement. The officers were patrolling Highway 38, which runs through San Bernadino National Forest.
