Dramatic video has emerged of NYPD cops in riot gear charging a group of protesters on Canal Street on Sunday night — knocking over and detaining at least one person. The footage shows a line of officers standing about 20 feet from demonstrators who are holding their arms above their heads and yelling, “Hands up!
