With most of the votes counted, Israel's election has failed to produce a clear winner but it's looking like Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could be the biggest loser. Netanyahu's Likud and Benny Gantz's Blue and White parties are separated by just one seat with over 90% of votes counted. The path to victory is complicated by a division in the vote across multiple parties making it difficult for either front runner to form a majority coalition.
