Former Cabinet Minister Priti Patel tells Sky News it is "not acceptable" for un-elected individuals to "derail" the delivery of Brexit by going to the courts. Patel says Gina Miller's original court case against the government, which she won, was trying to "derail the whole Brexit delivery" and attacks people trying to stop or delay Brexit.
