Chinese President Xi Jinping has written a rare opinion piece in North Korea's state-run newspaper, the Rodong Sinmun. In the front page op-ed, Mr Xi praised Pyongyang for moving in the "right direction" in its efforts to resolve issues on the Korean Peninsula. Mr Xi, will be meeting Mr Kim in Pyongyang from June 20 to 21. He will be the first Chinese leader to visit in 14 years.
