New Sudan leader may be on verge of being crowned
Hundreds of thousands of people have taken to the streets of the Sudanese capital to demand that the country's military rulers step down.
The huge rally marked a week since the former dictator Omar al-Bashir was toppled in a coup.
Opposition leaders have told Sky News they have delivered a list of civilians that should take power and given the military 24 hours to respond.
Sky's chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay is in Khartoum and sent this report.
