Former FBI Director James Comey said if Donald Trump wasn't the president he would be in 'serious jeopardy of being charged' in the government's case against Michael Cohen. Comey made the observation when he was asked what would be the status of person named as 'Individual-1' by prosecutors in the Cohen sentencing memo if that person wasn't the commander-in-chief.  'That person would be in serious jeopardy of being charged because the government wouldn’t make that sponsoring allegation if they weren’t seriously contemplating going forward with criminal charges,' Comey said during a conversation with Nicolle Wallace at the 92nd Street Y on Sunday evening.
